Periodontal disease is one of the most common—and most underestimated—conditions we see in practice. By age three, more than 80% of dogs show evidence of disease1, often without any obvious outward signs. While clients tend to associate dental issues with visible calculus or bad breath, we understand that plaque is the true initiator.
